• Payment information (handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers)
• Order notes you choose to include
• Any messages you send us

• Browser type, device type, IP address, pages visited, and time spent on the Site
• Cart contents stored in your browser's local storage

How We Use It

• To process and fulfill your orders
• To send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and respond to questions
• To calculate accurate shipping rates and sales tax

• To improve the Site based on aggregate usage patterns

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

Who We Share It With

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site:

• Stripe — payment processing (PCI-compliant; processes card information directly without us seeing it)
• Shippo — shipping rate calculation and label generation
• Resend — transactional emails (order confirmations and shipping notifications)
• Supabase — secure database hosting for orders and product information
• Netlify — site hosting and content delivery

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies and security practices. We choose providers known for strong data protection.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our legal rights.

Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal browser storage (cookies and localStorage) to:

• Remember your cart between visits
• Keep admin users logged in to internal accounts if applicable
• Measure aggregate site usage

You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Site may not function correctly.
