Where We Ship

We ship within the United States only at this time, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.

How We Ship

All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination — typically $5–8 for a single piece.

We use eco-friendly padded mailers or small gift boxes depending on the piece.

When We Ship

Orders are typically shipped within 2–4 business days of payment. We're a small operation — most orders go out within a day or two, but we don't ship on weekends or US federal holidays.

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your label is created.

Delivery Time

USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days after shipping, depending on destination.

Total time from order to delivery is usually about a week. Holiday seasons (November–January) and severe weather can extend USPS delivery times — that's outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to USPS tracking. You can check status anytime at usps.com.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We ship to the address provided at checkout exactly as entered. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a package is marked as delivered but you didn't receive it, please contact USPS to file a claim — once delivery is confirmed, packages are in USPS's and your custody.

Customs and International

We don't ship internationally yet. If we expand to international shipping in the future, this policy will be updated to cover customs, duties, and timing.
